Justin, The more miles I put on these injectors the more I wonder WTF don~ does to these injectors.



All I know is these injectors rock over his last set.



When I ask , Don~ says "Its magic"... LMAO but it sure does seem to work :-laf
 
Let me add to Preston's comments on EDM's. So far Jeff has not found a set of EDM's to outperform his honed injectors. He has not tried a set of Don's injectors. When Jeff finds a set that work better, he will use them. It's all about the power. But these injectors are not cheap and when Jeff buys a set and they don't make the numbers, it becomes a waste of money. I'd personally love to try a set of Don's 12v injectors, but again, at the cost without a guarantee they will out perform the existing ones, it becomes an expensive gamble.

Good points sled puller. That seems to be the bigggest issue. Its great to see a dyno sheet with large numbers, but is it just a number on a sheet and nothing you can actually see or feel on the strip, dragging a sled, or running/towing down the street? I want it on the ground. Yes its always good to know where you are in the game by driving up on the dyno, but real world environment is where I live, not on the dyno. No dyno number is going to help me tow my trailers, only proper set up on the ground.





Are the true large numbers you guys are making all from EDM's from various vendors? Or are the Laser's or Honed injectors making usable power too? Just wondering what you pro's are making the most usable (not just dyno) numbers from! :cool:

The dyno I use can bring my truck to its knees. I can give my truck all it has locked up in drive and the dyno can slowly bring the trucks speed down. I have seen the manifold glowing red. If that's not putting "power to the rollers" then I don't know what is...



O ya, it was on a load type dyno. NOT a dynojet. I have tested on both and I prefer the load type 10 to 1 over the dynojet. I just don't feel like I can get an accurate representation of power on a "spin the roller as fast as you can Dynojet dyno"

Heck Gene my wifes truck makes more HP with a little ol single and Mach 6's than your twin turboed sledpuller special does :-laf . I guess that kinda takes the fun outta stiring the pot, huh??? :D
 
Why, the mach majic wizerd convinced me a year ago twins were just a cork, more power with a single, so HX-60 it is, and I'll see you mach ers in the street class. :cool:
