Hey, I'm a 2nd gen owner and obviously slightly impressed by the new numbers. Are you guys expecting slightly lower fuel economy with your new rigs? More power=more fuel right? Not always but just wondering.

600 MPG would be AWSOME!!!!!!



However I think they would be getting similiar to the 03-04 trucks. It is only 20 hp differance so it not a real big differance.

Not necessarily, Engines only use a small amount of the energy thats found in fuel- less than 20%. Increasing the efficiency of an engine can lead to better mileage and power sometimes. Something like the multiple fuel shot occurrences the 600 utilizes may help.

The 555 dyno's out at about twice the H. P. of the first gens but it's mileage is within a couple of MPG's.
