600 upgrades

Being there are none around yet this may be a little off the wall. Since the new 600 uses different fueling events and a way more in depth ecm, boxes may take some time to hit the market. Will we be able to use injectors such as DD's or EDM's (any out there yet). Since the three shot injection cycle is ecm controlled are the injectors going to be the same or will it be a cause to buy an extra jar of vaseline when I buy injectors:--)

I am just about to order a 600 and was thinking I could throw in a set of injectors while waiting for the new boxes. I dont think I can wait almost a year to add more power!:{ Maybe Keith from DD will chime in about the possibility of the current injectors working in the new 600.

i red somewhere the new 600 will have more pilot injections than the 305hp. that is no good for injector durability hope they still have this one figured out. from what i remeber reading there will be one more pre and post injection cycle. someone correct me if i am wrong. (harder working injectors) this is the reason for the stronger computer but there is no telling what else they may have added into that comp. remember they still have not beat our computers yet! i will be along time before they get you a big box for the 600 i would bet

Until we see one, it's all speculation. I would GUESS that the injectors will be the same... it will be the programming that's different. If this is the case, the rail pressure box may also work as it does on the current models.
