Competition wastegate on twins question/problem

Competition NHRDA is Branching Out!

Yee Haa, I made it! I know that these days I'm in a large group but I'm still very happy to be there none the less! It took alittle shot of H2O/Meth, to do it but I got there. In any event I just wanted to say THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE!

:To Piers' @ PDR for LOTS of goodies

:To Rip @ Source Auto for some roarin' 5" exhaust plus a few other goodies

:To Lenny @ DDP for some bad ... injectors

:To Peter @ SBC for a 1. 5 year old DD clutch that's still going great

:To Brad @ Ponci's Diesel Center for answers to my endless questions

And last but certainly not least to Ken of Imler Diesel Performance for putting it all together and making it work so well. He has spent many late nights with my truck :-laf trying to please my Diesel needs!

All these guys and some I haven't mentioned, I have gotten to know and become good friends with over the years, from Ken who I live 30 miles from, to Peter who is over 2000 miles away have all helped emensley (sp. ) before AND after the sale and I'm still looking for more so I'll be in touch! Jeff

That's some good HP, way to go! Looks like you have all the right people in your corner. Keep it up... Oo.

Thank you, I came along way since my best of 431 just last Oct. I'm very happy. Anyway

racinduallie: My Diesel only # on dyno day was 573. 7 hp and 1118. 9 tq with h2o/meth 602. 7 hp and 1139 tq and yes 700 doesn't seem to far away but for right now the immediate goal is 600 on diesel only.

Fletcher: Thank you, yes good people are the key thats no doubt thats why I started this thread as a small thank you to those that help us all.

SRadke: :D It's not my club bud, just a small part of it! Accually the 600 club accepted a few members that day but I'll let the other brag himself! ;)

RDleader: PDR 40/3b set to max of 70 psi

DD: thanks bud wish you coulda been there

& Jeff had absolutely no respect for the environment. :-laf :--)

 Wow Forrest, I didn't see that pic. But what you surely haven't heard is that the West Nile Virus is alive and well in Cal. , I'm just trying to do my part to protect my fellow man :-laf . Was really good to see you and Frank again, see ya in Oct!

one of these days you guys will slow down enough for the likes of me to get closer on a dyno! gets to be a bit finer line between mega horsepower and daily drivability and towing ability! i know, twins starts to blur that line...

A good friend in Cali sent me this UNMODIFIED picture right before they impounded your truck Jeff. :)#ad

I like the looks of that parking lot. Makes me think there may have been some smoke hanging around there in the past :d

:-laf ... here's one of the parking lot with Ponci's on the rack. Brad was about #10 to go.

...

Back in 2003 it was "Oh no, i'll never modify this truck beyond 300 something HP"... remember Jeff? When Jake and I told you that it was a diamond in the rough 98' 12 valve 5-speed? :p . . good job brother!

Ponci: The factory break off screw on the AFC housing needs to be taken off before you can make smoke. . :-laf :p
