Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 65hp on EZ with rv275's and slight stumble on hard acceleration

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? What happens with stock or #1 setting? Does it help to have a full tank of cool fuel v/s a hot low tank?

Lowest fuel pressure was 15 psi, most hill climbing was 16-17 psi, runs 18-19 psi on level road. I didn't think about changing power settings until I was about out of the hills. The fuel should have been cool since overnight temps was 50. First hill was about 5 mile from campsite.
