We had a GMC C6500 tow truck with a small block and an Allison in it. The trans kept hunting up and down when we had a car or pickup hooked, it wouldn't do it when we had some weight behind it. It was really annoying and we could never get it adjusted right to eliminate it. It was a banger when it shifted.
