Competition High Tech's Sled Puller 66 vs Pro Street 66

I am running 5ft Stage One Fabritech Traction Bars already. . We are not allowed to run any hanging weightnor are we allowed to run longer bump stomps other than factory (already been down that road). . At the begining of the year I was clamping my factory springs and was hanging tough with our top trucks in the area. . Then they started whining and said that my clamps were making my suspension solid so I yanked em off and started stacking springs (stacked springs are allowed). . So far since then, the whiners have yet to beat me!!! Thanks for the rule change guys!!!! :-laf :-laf :-laf Stacking my springs I gained 3 inches of ride height in the rear and a much stiffer suspension!!!! Oo. :-laf

Well since your the top puller out there they should start listening to you.

Tell them that running traction bars, blocked suspension and weights makes pulling your ride safer but also makes a better show for them=$

Well myself and a handful of other guys want to get together here soon, sit down and make a real set of rules for this class. . The fans around here are getting really interested in the this new diesel class (in our area) but the association is trying to shun us out... However it looks like we may have another promoter in our area that is extremely interested in us and we think he may try to run a points series for us next year. . The way it is looking now we will run for his association rather than the one we are now due to more winnings and better rules which will make for a better show. . He is also the one that wants us to sit down make the rules for our class. . Just so you know the diesel trucks is a new class in our area and we are trying to make these people realize that diesel trucks are the new hot rods, but it seems they don't want to listen. . Most of them are old tymers that are in charge and they don't like change... But ol well, if they don't want us, there's always someone out there that does. . And we are about to prove that to them...

The way we do it around here is about 5 or 6 of us show up with weights, blocks, traction bars and turbos and they sort of have to let us pull! :-laf

We tried that once and they told us that we had to lose it or we weren't pulling and being we are hard up to find places to pull the end result was no blocks and no front weights. . Sucks!!! That's why we are probably going to move over with the other association...
