7/70 powertrain warranty

Does anyone know what all the 7/70 powertrain warranty covers on a 3500 4x4?? Is it trans, transfercase, and front & rear axles. I know the motor has 5/100 warranty.

I thought they changed the motor (CTD) to seven years. At least in Canada.

This is a link to the heavy duty trucks warranty on dodge's website. The motor still has the 5/100. The 7/70 powertrain warranty doesn't really tell you what it covers though... .

Hey hey hey, Casey is right, 7 yrs on little Cummins in Canada

and 160k km (that's 100k miles). Speaking for myself I will reach the mileage in the fifth year anyway

I don't put on a lot of miles so the seven year thing is real nice. My last truck was 5 years and was not even close to the 100,000 mile limit. Works for me. Casey

I was paging through my warranty book last night and it does look like the Cummins also has the 7yr/100,000 warranty in the States. After 5 years you have a $100 deductible. DC needs to update there website. It also says that the 7/70 covers front and rear differentials, transfer case, & transmission. Thats good news!!!!
