I am wanting to convert my 318 70 dodge power wagon w300 to 2nd generation and 5 speed getrag. God only knows what I need. Looking for info.

2nd gen, if I were going there I would just use the nv4500(it is a lot stronger). The getrag takes a different bell-housing adapter than the 94-up trucks.



If you already have a getrag, and you just want to go with it, you could find a 1st gen bellhousing adapter,clutch,f/w... . etc. , and use the getrag behind the engine.
