After reading the recent posting by Frank Lloyd on a broken factory fog light lens and the rediculous price charged by the dealer
#ad
, I was wondering if anyone has devised some sort of 'protector' to put in front of the lens?
We're planning a trip to Alaska and flying rocks are everywhere on the Alcan. So I got some good heavy clear plastic headlight covers (better than nothing) and was trying to think of putting some Lexan or something over the fog lights.
I just might take them out for safekeeping for the trip. Don't really need 'em anyway.
Any ideas guys?
Thanks
Richard
