Ah, forget about this!! Don't fall prey to peer pressure... just finish the projects you're working on now (or maybe, should be working on now
)!!! Get that W350 going, and another deal like this will pop up. Then, jump in that air-ride exhaust brake equipped immaculate torque monster of a truck and drive to whereever and pick it up! Then, it won't matter how far away it is, and you'll give the new rebuilt truck a little workout and put it to use!
I like projects too... . but from experience, when you have too many things going at once, you kinda lose steam. When something has sat for 6 or 8 or 14 months without any attention, it seems to take a lot more motivation to jump back into it.
There, I said it.
Now get to work! I'm praying for bad weather for you... like a blizzard that keeps you stranded at home for 8 solid weeks or so!!! Or at least until you get that truck fired up, and the NV5600 swap in the other rig going
