H2O pump, weep/no weep

TDR MEMBER
My Cummins water pump has 79K miles on it. Is that what I can expect? Parked her 2-days, a weep from the whole. Had to drive for work, Southern California 90-degree + and traffic. The weep stopped, and coolant level remains consistent. Bought a new pump from Cummins. I got 5-K to the next scheduled coolant replacement. Your ideas folks?
