Finally broke into the 800's. Just a little single turbo , had a number of trucks there and the dyno was with-in 2 HP of the dynojet in LV for may maddness. This dyno is a dynojet as well. 5 trucks dynoed and we all had a good time. There's still hope for third gens. No mods to the long block or CP3 yet. I can't wait to get some increased pressure up there along with the duration and really see what it does.

really big turbo, Don M. injectors, a couple boxes at various levels, Water/Meth. , NOS. thats it. This is the best daily driven truck i've had so far. IT gets 19. 5 miles to the gal. if i hammer it and 21 if i don't. The long block has the inj. and studs and thats it. Its a 235 HP little California engine too. I want to up the pressure next and maybe do a cam. I'm so happy with the way it drives now, i'd hate to change any thing crazy like the cam, but when you are on a quest you gotta just keep on goin'.

to the ground, on an inertia dyno, NO load, and the dyno reads with in 2 HP of the dyno at May Madness. Thats the reason i picked this place to dyno, so the number would be close.

thanks a bunch. Hey Bob, make sure to let Don know the numbers. I'm gonna need another set soon for another engine. So far these injectors have been just right. I have rail press. problems with too much duration, but i think that would be the case with any inj. These inj. don't smoke a bit up too 450-480 HP. And they are extremely streetable.

hemijustin has it and is trying to put it on his computer. There is another thread titled "lets try this again" and there are some pics there that justin took.

Can you disclose what turbo?

:)

well, i'm sure that after MM everybody is gonna know what turbo, but i think i'm gonna keep it on the low until then. It nothing crazy or fansy, just a turbo anybody could buy if they did the research. As for the inj. they aren't very big, i think that don is making larger ones now (i think that is what Joe D. said). I'm a little scared to go bigger until i get my pressure problems figured out. The truck did 700 even with No NOS and the single turbo. I'm just so happy with this common rail. I'm learning new things all the time about the advantages of a primarry shot of diesel and adjustable timing. I love my old 12V, but there are so many more options with the common rail. I'm gonna start to pull the 12V out of my big 99 truck and stick in this common rail i picked up the other day. Its just so easier to go from 400 HP to 800 HP in a common rail. No smoke, no turbo lag, drive any where any distance without worry, ... . yah i'm happy.
