Yes those are hammers get loud , i used it to remove the junk fenders from my car hauler last month , i just with i had a diffrent bit holder than the spring , im not shure if you can change them out or not ? I read that link to cowl repairs im not shure how that glue works the website for possible patch panels dont work I guess ill have to check all of those pages on Roberts build unless he wants to e-mail me pics of what he done . Ill probally farm the welding out , i dont trust my skills to welding body pannels with a torch and i dont have a tig or a wirefeed , Any one live close to me ? I know maybe one guy that maybe can but im not shure of it . Im guessing the sheet metal from my old trailer fenders would work good for it ????

Does not appear I have uploaded any pics of that although I thought I did!

Odd. I will have to start digging on harddrives to see what I can find. No promisses on that! ;)

I asked the question before on Roberts Build What mastercylender for the clutch should i use so i can reframe from cutting up the firewall ?

Does any one have any ideas ?

Drill a hole through the firewall for the cylinder, and simply bolt the cylinder attachment out of the donor truck in through the firewall. I know that pic is in the UCC thread, as I posted a pic of the one I put in mine... .

Im hopeing thats all ill have to do and put the factory stiffner in so it dont flex on the firewall . I wish i had a set of pedals i could barrow and a junk master to do a mock up id like to have that done so its just a mater of mounting and going with no engine dor dash in my way .

Yes. There are several pics in my thread on the subject. Pages 1-3 if memory serves.

Yes. It's a PIA to install after. I know. I converted the dd to a stick and had to borrow a child to put one of the bolts in as my hands were too big!

Yeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh... ... I ended up with one bolt in it, and then I welded it with a Mig welder. There was no way I was gonna be able to drill it again. The way the bracket is designed, if you get it tight, I don't think you'll have any problems with it flexing.

Speaking on a auto swap has any one seen a plug for the auto shift lever to cap it off or does any one have the plastic from a manual they want to part with ?

Were after A bunch of caious im back at the crew cab so here is what it

looks like with no crossmembers in the frame as soon as i can locate the right crossmembers ill be back to grind stone on the truck once again , ill take picks of the process to show how to convert a 2wd truck to 4wd .

wheel base length

I am attempting this very swap. Was wondering what the wheelbase is from center of front wheel to center of back wheels? I have a cab and chassis and looking to put this body on that frame. Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Rabbit

Thats probally a more acurate measurement as i was guessing the exact area , and i think if you look on car part they list them on there if your searching for a frame
