86 crew cab conversion

Getting ready to start pulling the old 6. 9 diesel out and put a 12V cummins out of a 98 Dodge in. The old 4 sp. has already been pulled out and a ZF 5 sp. has been put in. The truck has 4. 10 gears with 35 in. tires. Anybody have any helpful hints or can steer us in the right direction it would be appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
