Thanks, TDR Staff

Very interesting stuff on #2 at 20 degrees

Looks like a fantastic Diesel MH

I particularly loved the "redneck extension cord hotwire" - laughed my butt off because it sounds like something I'd do. (Dang, I guess I'm a redneck!)

I would email the person and get a VIN and run it. There is no CTD badges on the front end. It might be a conversion truck.

Looks like a drive shaft is laying in the floor board. Hmm, wonder if the dana 60 front is really good with a bad pinion bearing??

Awww c'mon guys go easy here. It's a CTD, the red "Cummins Turbo Diesel" lettering is across the top of the "Power Ram" badge that's right in front of the door. This is where it all started, the first CTD ram. This truck is identical to my last (and first) CTD even the color and rims are identical. Mine was in much better shape though. :{ :{ :{

Hammersley, man you need to get out, make a pizza run or something. You've been hitting the search button all weekend. LOL.

Is the weather bad in the NW.

moparguy - Actually I was looking for some stuff

and ran across this - it was way to late at night I might add as well... ... but thanks for checking - the deep end :p isn't to far away anymore... ... ... (kidding)

I know how it goes, been on the boards quite a bit myself the past few days, noticed you've found quite a few items of interest. Shame that 57 Power Wagon with the Perkins is so far away.

Those old power wagons were

neat - BUT what a rig to drive - NO POWER Nothing and about 100 turns lock to lock on the steering wheel. And if you ever got the front wheel sideways up against a rock - man you had to be Arnold to get the steering wheel moved AND then the crummy Brakes -can you say water fade - and constant adjustment and PULL to one side. AND the Crummy Windshield Wipers - AND heater. I mean the good old days are good in our mind - but not sure I would want all of the old stuff..... just some of it.

One of our customers has beauty '47 Power Wagon. They let me take it for a drive a few times. Yeah it's noisy, tough to drive and a pretty rough ride... ... but I want one. Call me nuts but there's just something about an old rig like that, especially the old PWs. I've been shopping on ebay for something close to home and have bid on one, one of these days I'll get one. Don't ask me why :), I guess for the same reason I miss my '89. However, I certainly wouldn't want to have to drive it daily or depend on it.
