I think the most torque from a ford was 824.

777Mechanic and Katdiesel were lookin pretty good as was Kent Voss. Voss actually had 1hp on me on #2only.

Mark, the comment you made on the other thread about this dyno definitely sounds logical. There just wasn't enough resistance on the roller to give you those precious few seconds to build boost and make those twins do their thing. Before you could build up a full head of steam, you were already over-spinning the dyno and had to shut it down. I'm sure Kat and 777Mechanic were penalized by that as well. It was definitely a good time and great to meet some TDR and PSA guys! Maybe we should host the next one (Southern Plains Cummins?) in 6 months or so and invite the Ford AND the Chevy guys over for a flogging :D

MK, you da' man. I see the twins worked out quite nicely. What did the Furd guys say your insane hp & tq. numbers?

I talked a little smack ribbin a few of them, but all in all it was pretty clean.

We had a lot of fun.

The twins are the AWESOME. even if they didn't perform they sound really :cool: :D:D:D

I know Cummins Southern Plains here in Houston has a chassis dyno. Being such a big company, they may have a few legal hang-ups with us using it though.

I wonder if Gitch has contacted them? If not, I'll give them a call.

Actually, I did talk to them a few months ago. They told me they weren't open on the weekends. Besides, they want $185 per truck to run them. :--) :--)
