Sled Pulling --> May Madness You decide..

My rental is a Grand Am with a four cylinder. I don't think it could turn the drum on the dyno. On the wet roads I get about a one tire turn peel out from a stop. here is how I feel when driving it:(

See Ya

FOOD! What should I bring? Steaks, hamburger, etc? Just let me know. I'll try to bring something. Let me know what we need.

Also, anyone with a laptop: It needs to have a serial port to use my scanner. I didn't get the usb adapter :(.

Kevin from the Powerstroke Association who's organizing this event emailed me today that he's bringing food for about 50 and will be taking up a collection to help pay for it.

Ok, I can handle that. If everyone would bring a couple bucks, sure would help.

TDK, We've got laptops coming, and I'll have my scan tool adapter. work2much is bringing his Auto Xray also, so we should have that covered. I plan on setting a few codes myself while I'm there :D.

Dang it, Dang it. Dang it. (edited for the kiddos)

Ya know, this job thing is really getting the the way of all the fun stuff.

Anyonw wanna give me a few million so I can retire and tour the country making all the TDR events??!!:D :D

You guys have a good time, I know Don M will also be there so bring plenty of Amsoil for him. :)

Shrimpy, lemme know what Mark doeson the dyno, I'm interested in seeing what the PDR 40 does for him. Especially since that little toy is next in line on the BOMB schedule.

Have Fun and take plenty of pictures. Send them my way and I'll post them on the LSTDR site if ya want.

My truck is ready!

Just talked to the dealer today and the truck is ready to go. So I guess I won't have to run the F150 on the dyno after all.....

Now I just have to go suck some diesel fumes to get over these withdrawals. :D :D

We're here... ... transmission is DONE.

Um I haven't even turned on the box yet. . and its pretty quick.

Can't wait to see how it runs tommorrow.

I'm gonna dyno early so I can take pics the rest of the day.

What time did you guys get done with dynoing all those trucks? I left at @ 2:30 b/c the computer seemed like it was going down every 30 min and then took the guys 20 minutes to get it working again... .

I think the most torque from a ford was 824.

777Mechanic and Katdiesel were lookin pretty good as was Kent Voss. Voss actually had 1hp on me on #2only.

527 hp and 1184 ft-lbs !!!

MK, you da' man. I see the twins worked out quite nicely. What did the Furd guys say your insane hp & tq. numbers?

777Mechaniic won the show truck award.

Prettiest truck out there. That truck was clean down to the frame and coils. His engine compartment stood out with the Banks system on there, even though it cost him some HP. Nice rig.
