9 flashes

My abs and break lights flash 9 times when I grounded out the abs controller behind the glove box. Any idea what 9 flashes indicates?

I'm not sure what the 9 flashes mean, but I would suggest bypassing the ABS block and toss the controller in the trash. It is much better having rear brakes than not.
