Is there any interest at all in a 90% CP3 pump? A friend is making/designing one. We were just trying to gauge interest. It will be a bolt on and go. It's not on the truck yet but hopefully in the near future here. Then we see how it works.

Not sure I follow you with a 90% CP3, but if you are speaking of the guys up our way that I think you are talking about, I mentioned modding pumps to them 2 1/2-3 years ago and they showed no interest in it. I tried to tell them it was the next big thing. LOL

Ok. Shoulda made it clearer. 90% more than stock flow. Any more questions? Comments? Suggestions?

Imills- he's fairly close to you. But I don't want to put any name yet cuz it hasn't been proven.

Yeh, pretty sure I know who it is. :D He hooked me up with a VE pump for a first gen. :D Super nice guy to deal with and his 12V work is unreal. I mentioned it to the owners son quite a long time ago and he just seemed as though they weren't interested. LOL I would like to see what he could do with it.

I am interested to know how one can mod the same pump more than another??? The Cp3 seems to be straight forward... Would the price be comparable to the stage two and three pumps??? I think the stage III is supposed to be like 43%more than stock. . Are floor it stage threes duramax pumps?? Or are they cummins???

floor its pumps are all cummins pumps.

That is good to know... Is there gonna be a stage four??? I guess that is what keeps us coming back LOL. . Do yall sell a dual cp3 kit with out the cp3??? I am wanting to put my stocker on top of the Dmax pump I already have. . thanks Wesley

Yep. 90% better flow, bolt on. A core will be required and it is a cummins pump with modified parts. It hasn't been on the truck yet but we're hoping in a week or two... ?? I'll try to keep y'all updated on the progress.
And, the big question... What is the price? We're lookin to come in reasonable. (Read: as low as we can)
But since it hasn't been totally done yet we may run into a few minor things that will put cost up.

This is gonna be interesting... . I thought the cp3's were already being modded to the max... Is there any driveability issues anticipated?? Also some flow numbers will be nice. . I know that Floor it has stepped up to the challenge many times on several different threads to put their pump against others. . Would be nice to see some numbers. .

Rough calculation puts us at the 90% figger. I don't know if it'll get a flow test or not. Probly the "flow test" will be on a modified truck. Driveability shouldn't be an issue. We're more concerned about charge pump volume and how to plumb 2 high pressure lines to the rail from one pump.

The machine shop is workin on it yet. Taking more time than expected. Hoping before long they get this done. Then we'll have some time in modding it to work correctly. Patience is something we're running out of too!!
