90HP nozzle Question.

Yes it will be OK,although to make them perform well Stage 1 or BOPs.

The stock cp3 can't keep up with the stock injectors. You will get better results up grading the cp3.

I am running the flux 2 100hp injectors with a stock cp3. I have a big line fuel kit and a walbro lift pump and the truck runs great, but I am limited by the CP3 now. It is on the list. :-laf

My truck is currently down, could I send my injectors to DDP and have them hone my stock nozzles to 50hp or 90hp? Is that cheaper than buying the nozzles from them and keeping my stock ones?

from what i have seen 90 on a stock cp3 are fine unles you start stacking and getting crazy with programers. I have 125hp flux sticts in mine and they are great but with everything ese i have the stok pump just wount do it ,but then again the trans isn't very happy and the turbo is at its limits aswell. just do it but you should get a boost fooler and think about a good lift pump like a airdog 150 or so it makes a big diffrence.

Yes you can, Dynomite Diesel will extrude hone your tips, match flow and return them. You just have to know which flow you want.

ASchwartz you are confusing DDP with Formula 1, Don's are EDM nozzles, but he also extrude hones them, to clean up the machining/edm.

I called DDP and they told me they will hone my stock injector and flow test them for $50. 00 each. That a deal! Injectors are in the mail as we speak.
