Air Filter for Chevy 12 valve

Well Here I go, The Cummins is starting to get ripped down, This is the End of the line for 91 Regular cab. :{

Oh I can't wait for the 85 to be finished :D

Yeah, I plan on making her pretty again. :-laf I'm going to put the 91 front clip, doors, and bed on the Crew Cab. There are so many things I'd like to do but I gotta get the drive line strait first. Once I have the engine and drive line in place I want to take care of the kdp, New exhaust, clean everything up, then start to put cab back on. Man I'm glad I own a tow truck, that boom shure will be handy :D

Thank you, I plan on seeing you when i get things swapped around. theres a few things I need to purchase

Where were all these Montana repowers when I was still home?!!!

I barely ever saw any MT signatures on here when I first joined TDR, good to see more on line now. You'll have a great toq rig with that crew cab. I still can't believe Diaper Chrysler waited 2 generations to provide a CTD crew cab, they've always been so insightful to the needs of the market

Congrats on a fun project, have you thought about a NV-4500 and a gear vendors for the new driveline? Now's the time, it will pay you back tenfold in driving pleasure.

Well I'm not sure what i'm doing with the transmission yet, to switch to th nv4500 is more $$$ then i want to do. When I finally get the g360 out and get a look at it I guess I'll decide. I also need to either rebuild the 205np or replace it, you can shake both output shafts up and down ALOT!

Progress is slow, The last time I had afew days off I ended up paying the family doctor a visit then when I finally felt beter we had a cold snap.

Today I got the frount clip off, however I broke something on the drivers side fender when I was pulling the vacum line of of it WHAT DID I BREAK??

Tomarow If it stops snowing, and gets above 30 degress I'll start to take the cab off. Man I Love My New Air Tools :-laf

frame thickness

Well Work has been slow, but I'm drilling holes in the frame for the frount spring hangers. I found out that the frame on the crew cab is not only thicker but also an inch taller. I sure am glad I chose to make this frame 4wd and not strech the other frame. The 91 frame is 3/16" thick 6" channel

the 85 is 1/4" x 7" channel.

Most likely you cracked the cruise control connection for the vacuum diaphram?... . That's the only vacuum I can remember on the fender well off hand.

I have a skid loader I use just as much as your tow truck for such tasks, its much easier than a bunch of buddies, cheaper too. I can put $5 of diesel in my skidder and run it for days, contrary to $5 of beer which won't even get my friends drunk and useless for a single evening.

Nope, it's not cruise control, the truck don't have that yet, but it will.

Man I'm jelous, $5 bucks, my old tow truck likes gasoline, and gets about 7mpg empty. I hope to convert it to diesel next!

Here is a picture on that vacume thingamajig

I had about 5 hours to work at it on tuesday, still have to drill out some more rivets on the frount end. Theres no turning back now!

Well I work tonight but I was able to get some work done today. I cut the engine suport out and put in the rear spring hanger in for the frount rear

Well I picked up the adapter kit from Auto World and installed the Nv4500 yesterday, If it stops rainning I'll work on getting the cab in plact today
