Pyro Gauge
I have the seat pulled up most of the way, and sit fairly tall, so I am looking slightly downward at the pyro although it is tilted slightly upward more than it should be. I guess it would be possible to tilt the gauge in the pod slightly, but the pillar mount can't be put much lower than it is now. Only the very bottom left of the gauge dial is a little hard to read, but it never goes that low with the engine running. I still think this is the slickest way to mount these gauges, the original plan was to mount them on the top of the dash just like Stan did, would not mount under the dash, just to far away to be of any use. Had seen a photos of a single gauge pillar mount for our trucks and a 2holer for the second gens, so checked the Autometer web site and found they also had a two holer for the first gen. The other possibility is monting the gauges into individual pods and fastening them to the window pillar, only all the wiring would be showing, but it would make them fully adjustable.
Any time you need to post a photo Stan just send it to me and I can re-size it for you! Unfortunately the photo software is not quite as user friendly as the photo printing software, took me several months to figure it out.
