I got a call about a 92. he says it starts right up when cold, but when it's warmed up if he shuts it off for 15 minutes it won't start or is hard to start.
also he says it misses after it's warmed up. what do you think? thank's guys

Next time it won't start pour cold water over the IP. If it starts the injection pump is going bad.

I agree with what PToombs that would be a good place to start.

Not to hi-jack this thread but how the heck have you been doing Harold. I have not been over to Meridian for a lot of years and miss seeing you guys.

As PToombs recommended, pour a bucket of cold water on the injection pump when it's hot - it will probably start right up. The heat increases the clearances in the pump body and allows it to leak too much. The water shrinks down the housing and brings the pressure back up. My dad had a couple tractors with the same problem on the farm where I grew up.

thanks everyone. sorry for the delay but the owner just called me and said he put a new lift pump on and it solved the problem.
