'92 injection pump or shut-off selonoid??

Have a problem with truck shutting down from lack of fuel flow. Manuel pickup pump is working. Had same problem about a yr ago, but it was just a wire from the pump solenoid that came loose, no problems since then, til now it did same thing, all wires connected.

Should i replace pump solenoid or shut off solenoid??

You may opt to test it by removing the plunger and reinstalling the valve body. Test the ohms of the solenoid while it's out. 7. 4 to 7. 8 is normal .



If the solenoid tests out of spec, reinstall the body anyway (with the O ring!) and test drive. You may have found the problem if/when all is well. Use the manual lever to shut off.



There is a website to purchase the vale/solenoid for like... ... $40. 00 or less. I can find that for you somehow... ...
