Like MM stated, more info. Gear ratio, LS or regular, what exactly is it doing, when, etc.

It pops and binds when turning. Ive changed the gear oil twice now. I even used friction modifer, but no changes. lt is a single wheel one ton with 3. 54. 1 gears and a 5spd.

lt does it all the time. lt doesnt do it as bad when the diff is cold. After driving it for awhile, it gets worse (when its hot). It is getting worse.

Check your tire pressures on the rear axle. They should be the same, if you have the Dana Trac Loc. Different tire diameters wear the clutch pacs quickly. However, it sounds like your clutches need to be replaced. You can get the kit from Randys Ring and Pinion. GregH

IF the bottle of friction modifier is still in it add a second, some rears need two.

I replaced the U-joints on the rear drive line and the binding stopped.
