'93 Interior Trim Pieces

Anybody know where to find interior pieces? Looking for the two plastic pieces that go above the doors, the plastic A-pillar piece, and the steel kick plates that go on the bottom of the door jamb. Interior color is the gray/navy blue. Thanks
