'94 12 valve to '03 24v

hey everyone, i've been browsing the forums for some time and registered a while ago, one of my good buddies has a '94 2500 ram w/ a 12 valve in it, he has a '03 24v w/ wiring and computer, accesories, everything to drop in its place, what all is going to be involved in the conversion?, he has an auto trans (47re) thanks for the help, after the 12 valve is out its going into either my '84 suburban or '88 cc

no one has any idea on this swap?, i figure i'll need to get wireing diagrams for both harnesse's and splice power and grounds for the ignition, guages i dont really have an idea on, i would take it the sensors between the motors would be differnt so would the '94 guages work with the newer motor, also for a fuel pump i dont know how the 24v's get fuel but i expect it to be electric, if anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated, or where i can get the wiring diagrams thanks

I'm in a similar boat. I'm coverting a 2001 Dodge w/ V-10 to a 2006 Cummins. Both our engines are Gen 3. I'll pass along anything helpful I findout.
