94 350 Parting Out ?

Son in law and I have a 94 one ton with 195K that was bumped in the front just hard enough that we decided to get rid of it. No bed and the auto transmission just left today. Do you guys think it is worth the trouble to keep it around and sell off parts ? We would need to find out what price to sell parts for etc. Hood grill, bumper, fenders and lites all shot. Engine was running good etc. Don't want to rip anyone off just a fair price for the trouble. Located in Ogden UT R C

Part of the lack of response may be that you posted a "94 350" in the First Gen section, 94's are usually 3500's and in the 2nd gen section. Good Luck.
