94-97 clutch master/slave on 3rd gen??

Have a heavy pedal pressure dual disk on a friends truck and wanting to know what is the fix to keep the master/slave from breaking? Will the 94-97 5speed fix the problem? Does it bolt right up?

It's what to use, but requires rod lengthening on the master cylinder end. Call Peter@SBC, I believe he was working to get these available to customers.

What clutch does he have?





On the Third gens I believe that its the SBC 3850 DD clutches and heavier that the slave/master cant hold. Dont know of any others.

The 3600 doesn't like it either. That's what I have.

I just swapped the stock rod into the 97. Works great on mine and many others.
