Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 94-98 Injectors

Has anyone tried a set of those made in Germany, Herzog injectors that cost about $200 for a set of six injectors as shown on Ebay?

Never head of them myself. But, if your looking for a lower cost injector set, I'm running new marine 370's from Bosch made in Brazil.



They are $330 from City Diesel here in Alabama and these injectors are not remans. They can get other HP levels or stock replacements too. City Diesel stands behind them and they have good service after the sale. I have no complaints with them, I wish I had the money for the fancy ones or maybe not. I don't mind the 370 haze.

I have the 370's with a stock 215 engine. They DO smoke. Even at idle.

I'm happy with them though.

I wouldnt have gotten these if I had to idle a lot. Cylinder washdown issues.

I never heard of the herzog units.

The BEST Injector I have ever used......

Dynomite Diesel Stage 4, 140 HP over stock. They burn clean. No haze @ idle. Fuel % in engine oil is always >. 005 per analysis. They breeze through Ct bi-annual emmissions testing: 2. 6 Opacity% allowed 20. 0%. I cheat a little, Valet switch off, B20 in th tank. Turn the Valet switch on, and it will "pour the coals".
