94 cab leaks

Is there anything available to stop the cab brake light from leaking on these trucks other than purchasing a new light assembly? If there is, where will I find it? I know mine isn't the only one that does this. Thanks for any help.

If it's leaking in from around the gasket, you can get a replacement gasket or do what I did, black RTV silicone.



Can also use the "search" button at the top of the page and type in "wet carpet" or something simular. Lots of reading.

The leak on the two '94s I've had have all been at the top of the rear window where the seams (one on each side) from the roof are. I filled in between the seal and the open seam with black RTV and it fixed them. It looks like they should have made the seam filled flush to the sheet metal to keep it from leaking but mine weren't.
