This is not my truck but it is for sale just down the street from work. I did not know where to post this but wanted to let anyone in the area know about it.
1995 2500 4X4 AT 210k new rear tires, recent transmission. They are asking 4995 for it. I was told the steering is shot and they replaced it with a Chevy instead of spending the money to fix it. I checked it out and It has a DSS and lukes links on steering and track bar. It has gages on the pillar but I do not know if the pump and injectors are stock or not. The shop that owns it does not know either. It seems to run good but was hard to keep running for the first minute or so then seemed fine. The grid heaters do not seem to be coming on and they said they had been plugging it in and that worked so should be an easy fix. There is some damage to the right front fender near the antenna body looks good otherwise. The original receiver cracked so they recently put a heavier aftermarket one on. The worst thing seems to be that the drivers seat is wasted on the edge where you slide over it getting in and out.
This truck is in Sherwood Oregon. I am getting nothing out of it I just wanted to let everyone know because it sounded like a good deal. I think the lukes links could be tightened up and it would be a nice truck with very little invested.
I would buy it myself and turn it if I had the money.
If you are interested let me know and I will get you the contact info.
