Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I have a great 95 with 150,000 miles and it turns over but will not start. I pumped the fuel lift until my thumb went numb, finally got hard ( to pump!)
I also bled the system at the top of the fuel filter housing. Finally the truck started and ran fine for about 4 min. Shut it off to see if it would re-start, and of course it wouldn't't do so. Just cranked again. Replace the fuel filter (had about 15K on it), but again no start. My son and I then opened the Water fuel valve , it drained (no water) and then cranked with the valve open. Same amount of fuel thru valve as when not cranking. I do not have a fuel preassure guage, so cannot check preassure. Truck ran great 3 days ago, and now this. Fuel lift pump???
