Title says it all. I had to deliever a sofa up to the inlaws' summer cottage near Portland, ME, from here in Chester Country, PA. 460 miles each way, 7. 5 hours elapsed driving time (LOVE that overhead computer).
Things I found out:
1. This truck has POWER! Was cruising at 70-80 up in Mass (I know, I know, but this was WITH traffic - people were passing me like I was standing still). Still had more power on tap when I needed it.
2. Such speeds are NOT good for mileage. Combined with the 4:10s, my mileage was hovering around 14.
3. Very comfortable. Even through about a zillion construction zones, truck handles the lumpy pavement pretty well.
4. Duallies REALLY get zapped for tolls, especially on the NJ Turnpike and bridges. OUCH.
Anyway, just had to post my comments. Great drive. Now, I have to drop it tomorrow for this "freeze plug" test.
