I was not there so I'll post a sheet when I get to the shop, but this was to try a theory out.
Jeff pulled his twins off. Single HTT Sledpuller 66 and Dennis Perry supplied the TS PowerFool 2 nitrous system. Jeff tuned the motor for the gas, then laid it to it. 1000+ is gonna happen.
So, he is DHRA legal for Pro Street at his last years weight of 5500+ lbs.
I'm impressed. Highest dyno number I have ever heard of out of a LD diesel.
This should answer the question of is N2O the same power adder as twins.
Damn David, don't bring that up. The rules will be changed before the season starts. Jeff tried 3 different combo's with the twins before he went with the single. And it does look good.
I'll be looking foreword to some times from the Silverline Truck. Will this be the year 2wd takes it in DHRA PSS? Could be. Good luck to ya Jeff. Hardest part is gonna be not breakin the beams sideways with all that power.
What about it David? Did he peg the TQ on that dynojet?
I want to know what dyno that was on, and the correction factors used for configuring the numbers. I am not doubting the number may be true, just curious the dyno set up.
The dyno was David's 248 DynoJet, and RD, the turbo is whatever was shipped from HT. I'm here to tell ya, that is one bad a-- turbo. That's the fourth one to be installed out of Jeff's shop in 2 weeks.
