96 3500 dually 4x4 v8 diesel conversion???

I have a chance to buy a 96 3500 dually 4x4 for around 2500 dollars. it has the 360 in it, i understand that it does have dana 80 and 60 under the truck and is the same as the diesel. What would be involved swapping a 12v into it in the future? Trans, engine crossmember, electricals, dash cluster?

I keep on looking at the v-10 trucks my self to do the same thing ,



Its basicly a direct bolt , things thate are diffrent will be the fuel lines the canister and possibly the side they run on the fuel tank , just get the peices from a 94 to early 98 and your good to go and the dash cluster and pull the computer im shure but not certain , the v8 transmission will not work behind a cummins though

Remember that article in 'Diesel Power' where they swapped out the V-8 in that Power Wagon for a CTD?
