'96 slowly loosing power

My '96 3500DRW (which only gets driven 6-10k/yr) is slowly loosing power. A hill I could pull at 65-70MPH with my camper a few years ago I could only get 55-60MPH with my little 6'x12' trailer with two four wheelers on it. The truck only has 89k on the odo . The engine sounds great. Just won't pull. I don't have any gauges to check boost etc. wondering if anyone has had similar problems, suggestions. Seems to get a little worse every year. I've blown the transmission lines off twice. any chance its a transmission problem? The oil still smells fine but sometimes there is a hesitation when accelerating after slowing down.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you

I'd be checking for boost leaks and especially between the turbo and the AFC and also the AFC diaphragm
