Archived 98 24 valve Fuel Filter Adapter Housing Leaking

I have a 98 24 valve cummins in a Dodge 2wd auto 3500 Dually which has a crack in the pewter fuel filter adapter and is leaking profusely!!! The garage I pulled into says the dealer is the only source for a new fuel filter adapter housing and it is only available in a $1200 yes, Twelve Hundred dollar kit from a Dodge Dealer!!!!! Where can I get a new, used or replacement fuel filter housing for this truck??? Has anyone bought one from Cummins or some Dodge dealer or aftermarket parts house, or has the part number?? Thanks for any help in advice, I am in Beeville Texas 78102.
