Can someone tell me if the Fuel Heater/Fuel Heater thermostat sensor on top of the Fuel Filter can be replaced? We have a truck that is leaking fuel around the rubber seal the wires go through. I tried a search on the forums but couldn't get an straight answer for this question. HELP!

No it cannot. When the same thing happened to my '99. I had to get a new one. There were two in the country and both were at Cummins. Dodge had none.

You're probably OK in the warm weather. In cold weather it could start a fire.

Sorry
