Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Sometimes when starting truck after it has sat for four hours or more, truck is put in gear and the motor is running good but will not wind up until the transmission cycles through the gears. However, in neutral the motor will wind up with no problem. What do you think can be causing this?#@$%!
