Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 98 single cab block #?

I am looking at buying a 98 12v and saw the block casing number was 5. It wasn't in the driver side "depression" like on my 97 54 block. I think all single cabs were made in mexico. Does the 5 casting indicate any specifics on that run of engine blocks?

Look below the turbo on the passenger side of the block right above the pan. Is there a 3/4 plug for a second oil drain, If so, that's a storm block. Nice if you want twins.

Huh-------my '98 is a 53 blocker. I'll definitely check for the other 3/4 plug.

All three of my motors have been 53's and they all had the secondary oil drain plugs. Which IS VERY NICE when adding twins.
