If you shut the o/d off button and it goes into tcc partial lockup you know the
two solenoids in the valve body are receiving 12 volts, the fuse is ok in the power
distribution center, and the trans relay is ok. If not start there.
If it does lockup, check and make sure the pcm is grounding pin 2 at the eight way
connector on top of the transmission when it calls for o/d. If not start tracing wires,
if it does, it is solenoid, valve body, o/d clutch pack, or o/d piston seals.
