Bought my truck @85,000KM (53,000 M) and warrantee history search showed nothing. After installing FP guage, DC replaced 9 psi LP. Had them replace timing cover gasket and rear pinion seal at the same time under warrantee. I have 105,000KM (65,000 M) now and I'm very happy. No complaints

35,000 miles on my '02 - replaced a vacuum pump seal under warranty, and a passenger-side mirror that wouldn't hold adjustment - trivial no-charge replacements... My truck so far is the SECOND most trouble-free I have owned - the MOST trouble-free was my '91 Dodge/Cummins...

I got screwed into a $2000 dowel pin fix. (and it still leaked) And a $1600 ECM that I didn't need.

Now I don't let anybody else work on my truck.

I think that the only valid problem I've had is a LP and VP44

(I do wish they'd a put in one of those catcher ecm's if they were doing it anyway) :{

205,000 miles now.

Overall I'm real happy with it.

92,000 on my '02. LP replacement at 87k (booster pump coming as soon as warranty is up), axle seal 88k and fuel tank sending unit as well. Other than that its A-Ok.

i have 00 w/ 144K. its a daily driver. no VP failures (knock on wood) only one LP failure. bought it stock w/ 128K. installed everything in sig around 130-135K. no probs. very happy with rig.

My '01 has about 55,000 miles. it runs great but the clutch couldn't take the BOMBs & I had to replace the tires. No other real problems. Fuel pressure is 10 psi at idle & cruise with the original LP.

Just about to turn 69,000 miles and very pleased with my Ram! Never been back to the dealer, or to any shop, for anything. I do all my own service.

Amsoil throughout since new

New tires around 55K miles, stayed with the OEM Michelins

New wiper blades about the same time

Still running original:

VP44

Lift Pump

Batteries

Brakes (getting close on the fronts)

Shocks (soon I suppose)

clutch (slips some during cold months when Edge is in hottest setting)

No leaks from any cab lights (yet) nor the rear sliding window.

About the only issue I can think of is a slow leak in my AC. I have to put in a can every three months or so but it still blows nice and cold.

:)

87,000 thousand turns and the only problem I have ever had, and still deal with, is the famous right pull in the front end. Other than that, the truck just keeps pullin as a daily driver. Original lift pump.

98.5 truck condition

I have a 98. 5 diesel truck. It has 117,000 miles. The rear seals have been replaced three times. The sending unit for the fuel has been replaced three times. I use the truck daily and also pull a 30' RV when we go camping.
