99' 4x2 Alignment Specs..Ball Joint Question?
I am haveing my lower ball joints replaced. The tech is a real nice guy and has been upfront and straight with me... ... He is going to do the alignment in the morning... ..... before he does it, i wanted to find out from all you guys if the dodge service manual was correct on the alignment specs or if those specs cause the death wobble... ... . he is going to wait do do the alignment until he hears back from me... ..... any opinions offered will be greatly accepted.
P. S. I read the thread on "Alignment Specs" posted on 1/10/02 but that only referenced the 4x4.
P. S. S. Should I go with Perfect Circle ball joints, made for Napa, and sold by Napa... . They are a Heavy Duty, fleet ball joint, they are sealed, no grease fittings. Or should i go with Moog, who has a comparable ball joint with grease fittings..... Descisions... Descisions... . I am thinking the Moog, it seems to me that with sealed ball joints you have no way of adding fresh grease once the grease breaks down inside a sealed unit... ... . Or am i worrying to much???
