Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 99 4x4 auto swap to 5 or 6 spd

Mine's a 99 auto 4x4. How difficult would it be to change over to a 5 spd or 6 spd? Any articles on the swap? Any problems with the computer? Any problems adding a clutch pedal?

ok, i'll be up front and honest... you haven't a clue what you are getting into. I know I didn't. Just think of it as a learning experience :-laf. But on the other hand, the results were great!
