Have you tightened the injector lines? Mine won't start if they are too lose, you just need to crack, they will just dribble. You need to be very careful around those lines, 17,000 psi will cut off fingers and such. I've never loosened mine enough to get a spray, just a little dribble on the nut. sometimes that is too loose and it won't start till I tighten. good luck.

I took the nuts right off, and the only way I could get any fuel to come out was to pull the line away from the injector.

That does not sound good, there should be fuel everywhere w/ nuts off.

99 not starting

You should get the injectors checked as well at this time for they may very well be bad! Go for the 300's. If a new vp doesn't fix it try giving it a ( VERY SLIGHT ) touch of the throttle. Mine is needing this for it to fire up. It will right away. For when it is running it is fine , for it that is. If it is this please PM me for I shall be very interested. To much time on my hands at work, speaking of work it was quit cold up there on the hands and body.
