2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 99 dodge 4x4 where is the plugin for the block heater

where is the plug in for the block heater on my cummins 24v 99 truck

Passenger side front ... ... . lift up the hood... ... it will be tucked in right under the passenger side headlight... . or right along side of it..... I should have a black rubber type cap covering the prongs... you can then pull it out to have it resting on the front bumper for easy access to plug it in to the electrical cord... ... .

I assume it is behind the bumper on the right side like my 2001. easiest to open hood and you should see it. I hope this helps.
