when I pulled out this morning I looked up at my post filter pressure guage it said 0 psi, I backed off switched to pre filter and it said I had 6psi at idle. I've done alot to the engine, and replaced both lift and injection pump 3 years ago. should I R&R the stock lift pump or is their a hi- performance aftermarket system. that I should install, I live where it gets very cold in the winter months, and I think something like the FASS system might gel up when it gets real cold. Any ideas?.

had the same problem. i orderded the fass system. it sould be here in a few days. i don't want to do this all over again so the best bet is to do away with the stock LP. :-laf the possibilitys of it gelling up are slim. if your worried put a little additive in when it gets really cold. :D

well where i am it gets as low as -60 windchill. . and the truck sits outside. .

mostly its about -25 to -30 thruout the winter months. .

would fass be affected at those temps?
