Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) '99 problems

Did the '99 models have any problems other than the regular lift pump issues? How about KDP? I'm looking at a '99 with 140k on it and was wondering. Also, did the 99 still have the hx-35 with 12cm housing, or were they switched to 10cm? thanks

1999 has the HX35 with 12cm housing and yes the KDP is a big concern.
